Refund Policy

After the successful purchase all deals are final. We can't provide discounts, returns, trade or demo copies of our items. In the case you have any enquiries before purchase, please email us. We assure you that you will be very pleased with your purchase.

1 - If the purchased module is not working in your site, We will require the website access credentials (e.g - FTP information, admin information, Org credentials and Database Details) to check the problem.

2 - To solve the issues, FTP information, admin information, Org credentials and Database Details are compulsory (teamviewer and VPN or any remote desktop are not permitted ). In case, you cannot handover admin credentials then kindly do not purchase the module. We will not refund the amount in this scenario.

3 - Before buying any of our product, you should read the specifications and check the DEMO watchfully. If you buy product and after that request something, which we don't offer, then that is not our false step, or you are not entitled for an official refund.
